Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!

Any Online returns must be made within 7 days of receiving a package. Products can be returned if products arrive damaged for a full refund. Customers should immediately take a picture of the damaged product providing a timestamp and date to uptonboutique@gmail.com . Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Exchange via mail can be made if an incorrect product was delivered or if the incorrect size was ordered. Customers will receive a return label via email. If a product is no longer available  the customer will be issued a Store Credit Only!!!  Store Credit must be used before expiration date and can be used online or at a pop-up event. Once Upton Boutique has received the returned item the customer will be issued a  store credit gift certificate. Store Credit can be used for feature purchases.
