Any Online returns must be made within 7 days of receiving a package. Products can be returned if products arrive damaged for a full refund. Customers should immediately take a picture of the damaged product providing a timestamp and date to uptonboutique@gmail.com . Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. Any products purchased on 60% off , last chance, clearance are final sales.Exchange via mail can be made if an incorrect product was delivered or if the incorrect size was ordered. Customers will receive a return label via email. If a product is no longer available the customer will be issued a Store Credit Only!!! Store Credit must be used before expiration date and can be used online or in store. Once Upton Boutique has received the returned item the customer will be issued a store credit gift certificate. Store Credit can be used for feature purchases.
